How to Use the EZ-011 International Long Distance Service:

  1. Sign up for EZ-011 Service

         You can register up to 9 phones you want to make calls from.

  2. Dial the Toll-Free Access Number

        For your convenience, program the access number with one-touch dial on your phone.

  3. When Prompted, Dial the Destination Number

       •  International call: 011 + Country code + City code + Phone number
                                             Ex.) 011 + 822 + 1234 + 5678
     •  Domestic call:     Ex.) 1 + 201 + 123 + 4567

Note: When making a call from a wireless phone, do not press the SEND button after dialing the destination number. You may get charged at a higher rate if you press send after dialing your destination number. You will receive the same rates when you call from the 9 phone numbers you registered.  If you're traveling and need to call from a non-registered phone, you can use the PIN. There are no additional charges to use your PIN.

3-Digit Speed Dial

With the 3-Digit Speed Dial, you can make international or domestic calls by pressing just 3 digits.  You can register up to 9 numbers you call most often. When registering a number, all you need to do is apply the 1 digit code you want to associate with it. To use the speed dial function, simply press,
