What is EZ-011?

EZ011 is an advanced, yet easy-to-use dial-around phone service that works with any phone. Just dial the access number provided and your registered phone number will automatically be recognized to call anywhere in the world.  (There is no need to cancel your current long distance phone service.)

How does EZ011 work?

Simply sign up for our service and register the origination phone number(s) you will use to dial from. You will then be provided a toll-free access number you can use when making a call. The phone you are calling from will immediately be recognized as a registered origination number and will prompt you to dial your destination number.

Does EZ011 have hidden fees or surcharges?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees, taxes or surcharges. Calls from payphones, however, will incur the required Federally Regulated fee .

Can I use EZ011 while traveling?

Yes, you may use your EZ011 account as a travel card as well. When you are using your account from phone numbers that you didn't register, you will be prompted for pin number. Simply enter the pin number provided on your account.

How do I pay for the EZ011 service?

You can provide your credit card information (Visa or MasterCard) at the time of registration.  You can choose one of the three payment options.

• Auto-recharge: When balance drops below $2, the amount you designate ($10, $20, $30 or $50) will be
  charged automatically so that you will never run out of minutes. (This is the most popular payment method)

• Prepaid: When the amount you designated has been spent, you will not be able to make any more calls until
  you recharge your account. (Please note that the free minutes do not apply to prepaid accounts.)

• Postpaid: Our system will verify your credit card with $35 authentication, which will be canceled in 3-5 days.
  Afterwards, you will be charged at the end of each month for the amount you have used.

Will my account ever expire?

All prepaid balances on your account will expire after 1 year from the last time it was used. As long as you use our service once a year, your account will never expire.

How can I know what my airtime balance is?

When you dial your access number, you'll hear a brief recording on your airtime balance.  When you dial the destination number, you'll hear how many hours/minutes you will be able to talk.  You can also check your airtime balance online when you log on to your account.
